The Care Quality Commission (Registration) Regulations 2009 remain in place.

  • Initial advice on registering with the Care Quality Commission prior to application submission (some healthcare providers continue to be exempt from HSCA 2008 registration)

  • Support with action planning following the serving of enforcement / improvement notices


  • Monitoring the quality of the patient healthcare service at regular intervals such as 3, 6 and 12 monthly audits


  • Support with further applications to the CQC to add or remove regulated activities or locations, amendments to the Statement of Purpose, submission of statutory notifications, new Registered Manager applications or new Nominated Individual notifications, and
